Cranford Construction is looking for a Project Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to Project Managers and act as a liaison between Cranford Construction and the financial team.
Responsibilities
- Assists Project Managers in their daily activities including preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation.
- Track and manage project expenditures and assist in budget monitoring.
- Assists in the preparation of the final project records and archival of project files.
- Prepares Paid vs Laid analyses in conjunction with ARDOT estimates as well as at the conclusion of projects.
- Performs job setup duties for new projects.
- Assists with accounts payable processing and receivable collection.
- Aids estimating team as needed including potential bid opportunities and preparation.
- Prepares and distributes project-related documents and reports, including the Daily Sales report, Backlog report, and the weekly haul summaries.
- Processes subcontractor payments as appropriate.
- Coordinates the submission of quarterly ARDOT Supply Contract bids with the General Manager.
- Assists Office Administrator with administrative duties, as necessary.
- Liaises with financial team to ensure all transactions are forecast and recorded correctly.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management is a plus.
- Minimum two (2) years in construction office setting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
- Possess a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and dedicated to high-quality work.

- Pay is dependent on experience and qualification.
- While salary range is presented here; the successful candidate can be assured a highly competitiverange for compensation.
- Relocation and moving package will be providedfor the successful candidate if they arenot in the Central Arkansas area.
