The Project Administrator is the first point of contact for the sales team after the sale, acting as the liason between the Operations and Sales teams and helping assist them as they implement our solutions.ONLY APPLICANTS BASED IN THE GREATER DALLAS AREA AND ABLE TO COMMUTE TO PLANO, WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview all Sales and Hardware Orders as received, ensure missing information is collected from the relevant stakeholdersAssign resources based on region, scope of work, and pipeline to ensure resources are being properly leveragedAct as a trusted advisor to our Operations and Sales teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.Oversee the Go Live calendar with a focus on resource allocation, supporting Regional Operations Managers in cross-functional staffing and scaling efforts aligned with go live needs.Coordinate post sales opportunities with Sales team to ensure appropriate billing and pricingDevelop, maintain, and execute communication plan with customers and Partners regarding Operations and SupportProvide guidance in streamlining operational and internal processes as sales and operational needs continue to shift and growDESIRED SKILLS:High EQ - patient, composed, assertive, and able to listen with attentiveness and careBasic to mid-level understanding of standard technologies (networks, WiFi, cloud technology, iOS and Windows operating systems)Sales and/or Account Management experience is a plusProject management experience is a big plusExperience working with or a similar Project Management toolGood analytical and troubleshooting skillsCRM (Salesforce) requiredPERKS AND BENEFITSCompetitive compensation packageMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD and accident insuranceFlex Spending planGenerous PTO and company holidaysFree lunch, yes - we provide free lunch!Amazing team cultureAnd much more!
