Project Administrator/Assistant to Project Lead and Project Manager Location: Yonkers, NY (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $30-32/hour Employment Type: Temporary (ASAP – May 2027) Travel: Occasional domestic travel required (Midwestern U.S.) Languages: English and Japanese language fluency is required Opportunity to gain experience in a large-scale IT implementation project Potential for extension and/or conversion to a permanent position based on business needs and mutual interest Position Overview A global manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to support an IT implementation project. This role will work closely with the Project Lead and Project Manager, providing administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and calendars Organize and set up project meetings, including virtual and onsite sessions Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow‑up documentation Manage meeting recordings and maintain project documentation Track action items and support communication among project stakeholders Assist with document control, file management, and project reporting Support day‑to‑day administrative activities related to IT project implementation Help ensure project tasks and communications are completed in a timely manner Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail Professional, dependable, and proactive work style Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders Interest in technology or IT projects is highly preferred Experience supporting projects, project teams, or executives is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) #J-18808-Ljbffr
