Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project 1

Duration: 04/15/2026 to 10/11/2027

Location: Monterey Park, CA 91754 - (some travelling to other service centers; Monrovia, Ontario) - Hybrid 2 days onsite.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

  • Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

Required Skills/Attributes

  • Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

Desired Skills/Attributes

Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
