WIth this positions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development process of various architectural projects. Your expertise and creativity will contribute to the successful realization of our clients' visions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
- Create architectural designs and concept drawings using industry-standard software.
- Present and communicate design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any design or construction-related issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction methodologies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Project Architect, preferably in a reputable architectural firm.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Effective project management abilities, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working on diverse architectural projects, including commercial and residential.
- LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus.
