About Your Role
The Project Controls Lead manages cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions across capital programs. This role ensures accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and datadriven decision support for program leadership.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
What Youll Need to Get the Job Done
- 8+ years of project controls experience in infrastructure, marine, or transportation programs.
- Proficiency in scheduling (Primavera P6), cost management, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), CCP (Certified Cost Professional), EVP (Earned Value Professional)
- Ability to develop process and procedures for large scale programs
- Ability to manage multi-disciplined projects operating simultaneously

- Ability to operate in PMIS software Kahua
What Youll Do
- Develop and maintain programwide cost models, schedules, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
- Implement project controls systems, software tools, and reporting standards.
- Track funding eligibility, allowable expenses, and compliance with federal/territorial requirements.
- Support procurement planning, contract administration, and change management processes.
- Provide realtime reporting to support executive decisionmaking.
- Validate contractor cost proposals, schedule updates, and earned value metrics.
- Maintain document control systems and ensure auditready records.

- $150k - $180k annually
