Job Summary

The project controls manager should have experience executing project controls for a major public-sector project.

The Wayfinding Enhancement Program Phase 2 ("Program") will include the design and implementation of static and/or digital wayfinding and signage upgrades throughout the Airport as well as specialized amenity products such as water filling stations and liquid collection units. The goal is to continue the phased implementation of the new standard products to provide clear wayfinding and make the guest experience superior to any other airport.

The contractor shall provide the following Services:

3. Program Budget and Estimating Services
4. Document Control Services
5. Stakeholder Engagement Process Participation and Administration
6. Commissioning, Activation, And Simulation
7. Sustainability
8. Program Coordination
9. Airport Strategic Plan
10. Structured Collaborative Partnering Process
11. Pre-Programming Phase
12. Programming Phase
13. Design Phase
14. Construction Phase
15. Activation Phase

Minimum Qualifications:

1. In the past ten (10) years, managed a construction project valued at $25,000,000 or more, using the design-build project delivery method, including implementation of guaranteed maximum price, cost forecasting/cost models, and trade bid packages?

2. In the past ten (10) years, managed a public sector construction project that included structured collaborative partnering and a stakeholder engagement program?

3. In the past ten (10) years, managed wayfinding and signage improvement project through all of the following phases: programming, design, construction/implementation, activation, and closeout?
