With offices across North and South Carolina, we specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services.Our mission is to empower employees through ongoing training, career development, and a culture of integrity, accountability, and mutual respect.We don't just build electrical systems we build careers.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Scheduling:Develop and maintain a realistic project scheduleMonitor progress against the scheduleIdentify and manage potential delaysForecast completion datesCost Management:Develop and manage project budgetsTrack project expenditures and performanceMeasure variances from the budgetForecast project costsRisk Management:Identify potential risks and issuesAssess the impact of risksDevelop and implement mitigation plansMonitor and report on risks throughout the project lifecycleChange Management:Establish processes for managing scope changesEvaluate the impact of changes on the project schedule and budgetEnsure that changes are approved and documentedReporting & Analysis:Develop and deliver project status reportsAnalyze project data to identify trends and potential problemsProvide recommendations to the project team based on data analysisDuties of Project Control Personnel:Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect and analyze project data related to schedule, cost, and risk.Forecasting: Predict potential project outcomes based on current performance and trends.Communication: Communicate project status and potential issues to the project team and stakeholders.Document Control: Maintain accurate project documentation.Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.Earned Value Management (EVM): If applicable, use EVM techniques to monitor project performance and provide insights into project status.Minimum RequirementsMust have experience in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft ProjectKnowledge of commercial constructionValid driver's licensePreferredExperience with PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Automate preferred but not requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of NEC basics (not required, but helpful)Understanding electrical scopes (conduit, switchgear, lighting, low voltage, etc.)Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field experiencePortfolioWe deliver some of the highest-value and most complex electrical projects in the region.
