Project Controls Sr Analyst - Schedule Lead Location: Overland Park, KS, US; Dallas, TX, US; Cary, NC, US; Phoenix, AZ, US; Houston, TX, US; Ann Arbor, MI, US; Orlando, FL, US Key Responsibilities Demonstrate the capability of leading the project control function of a project and influence internal and external clients. Lead facilitation of project forecasts. Recognize issues and advise project team or joint‑venture partners on matters affecting project execution. Support proposal efforts. Schedule/Planning Lead the project controls scheduling team in plan and schedule preparation. Interface with joint‑venture partners for planning and scheduling activities. Ensure constructability is part of the planning process. Apply key cost control processes. PJC Management Lead a team of project control professionals. Coordinate planning on less complex projects after the baseline is in place. Ensure systems are in place to track work status and identify issues proactively. Interface with management team to identify issues. Advise field teams and headquarters PCM on matters affecting project success as applicable. Lead or direct PJC activities with joint‑venture and subcontractor partners as applicable. Minimum Qualifications Four‑year bachelor’s degree with six or more years of relevant cost control, planning, and scheduling experience, OR no bachelor’s degree with eight or more years of relevant experience. Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record searches. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management. Black & Veatch is an equal opportunity employer.
