Your Impact: We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to contribute to our success, working closely with their team through all phases of our projects. Project experience will include all phases of architectural design projects from initial concept through design and construction administration. For you, that means a dynamic and challenging experience, with tremendous potential for career growth and hands-on learning. Key Responsibilities: Create and spearhead design concept decisions for final internal review Provide critique and guidance to others on their work product, including renderings, animations, and construction documents Contribute to documentation for all design phases Share knowledge of building detailing, building science, envelope design, and building systems with others Manage project coordination and construction administration activities, delegating to and overseeing the work of others on the team Prepare project specifications Research and implement project requirements (code, funding requirements, client standards) and permit/approval processes Have extensive knowledge of other disciplines, and proactively oversee internal (team) quality control items and coordination of systems included in the project. Contribute to aspects of project financial management including developing project fees, scope, and project timelines / scheduling with the use of appropriate management tools. Assist with proposals and contracts Utilize project presentation and meeting skills, internally and externally Assist project managers with client realtionship Education, Experience and Compensation: Licensed Architect with a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture Experience: Minimum 8 years of job-related experience Compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with projects in the mixed-use andmultifamily residential markets Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment About Us: Located in Collingswood, NJ, our office is located within minutes of Center City Philadelphia.
