Base pay range $40.00/hr - $60.00/hr Position Overview: We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a warranty project at an industrial solar site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial project coordination. This role requires onsite leadership, safety compliance, and effective communication to ensure project goals are met efficiently and safely. This position does offer per-diem. Requirements: 2-10 years project specialist or coordination or management experience Electrical /solar/storage/fuel experience/industrial industry experience OSHA knowledge Ability to communicate well Ability to understand electrical/structural/mechanical drawings Key Responsibilities: Supporting solar warranty site projects Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability, execution schedule, and other items to keep projects on schedule and budget Complete Safety checks and procedures Assist in running/leading meetings with Subcontractors Complete daily reports for scheduling in Excel Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinating with contractors to ensure the seamless integration of construction and restoration Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems Maintaining clear and accurate project documentation and records Managing and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track Performing quality control checks and system validations to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical installations Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management Industries Industries Services for Renewable Energy #J-18808-Ljbffr
