Project Coordinator For Construction Project Managers Apply
Our Project Coordinator (PC) should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities beginning with preparation of proposals though the successful close out of those that become jobs. The PC will work hand-in-hand with our Crystal Springs’ Project Managers (PM) to create action plans concerning proposals, resources, budgets and timeframes for projects. The following are the specific duties and responsibilities that our PC will complete:
Coordinate with PM on the preparation of Proposals and issuance of proposal numbers;
Coordinate with receptionist for preparation of Proposal files, including ensuring all documents pertinent to the Proposal are included in the file;
Upon acceptance of Proposal, complete a Job Order Form and submit PM’s budget sheet to accounting so that a job number is issued;
Identification of specific needs of the job including review of any purchase orders or contract terms by legal, issuance of insurance certificates, W9 and bonds as applicable, review and acceptance of scope of work by PM, completion of timely Department of Environmental Protection (NESHAP) notices as applicable;
Coordinate with Health & Safety director on any plans necessary for Project;
Coordinate with operations to confirm scheduling, permits and disconnects are completed within time constraints of a particular Project;
Ensuring schedule of values and billing instructions are timely submitted by PM to accounting;
Coordinate with operations and receptionist that job books are complete and Post Jobs are submitted;
Knowledge and understanding of particular client and customer needs or requirements including all Project requirements, scope and objectives;
Coordinate with personnel for projects involving Bid Packages and bid bond including calendaring and adhering to deadlines;
Supervise current Projects and coordinate all team members to keep administrative workflow on track;
Confirm Proposal and Project-related paperwork are current, properly filed and stored.
Requirements
Ability to interface with several personalities;
Professional writing skills;
Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines;
MS Word, Outlook, Teams & Excel proficiency;
Previous experience in a professional setting a plus;
Hourly 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday in-person position.
