This position plays a key role in supporting project workflows by preparing customer quotes, processing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout each phase of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute several new customer quotes daily using pricing and specifications provided by leadershipUpdate and resend revised quotes as project details evolveReview purchase orders to ensure alignment with internal systems and approved pricingAccurately enter, verify, and maintain quote and order informationCommunicate with customers primarily via email regarding new and revised quotes, with occasional outbound calls as neededProvide status updates and coordinate next steps with Project Managers and Sales teamsTrack project-related tasks to help ensure deadlines are metIdentify and address potential issues proactively to keep projects moving forwardFollow established procedures while adapting to occasional manual processesQualifications3+ years of project coordination experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience working within Work Operating System and an ERP systemStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyComfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven settingProficient in Microsoft Office and general business systemsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
