Role: Project Coordinator II
Location: Mansfield, MA
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description

The Project Coordinator II will provide administrative and office support for the remediation team, working on-site 5 days a week. This role requires a professional with mid-to-senior-level experience who can take on various responsibilities and adapt to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple supervisors.
  • Perform tasks such as managing phone calls, directing visitors, typing, filing, and faxing.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct internet research and utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Collaborate effectively with staff at all levels and handle competing priorities with a hands-on approach.
  • Adapt to diverse tasks, taking initiative to "roll up sleeves" as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in administrative or coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Past experience in HR departments or scheduling is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with individuals at varying organizational levels.
  • Thick-skinned and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
