The Project Coordinator II will provide administrative and office support for the remediation team, working on-site 5 days a week. This role requires a professional with mid-to-senior-level experience who can take on various responsibilities and adapt to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to multiple supervisors.
- Perform tasks such as managing phone calls, directing visitors, typing, filing, and faxing.
- Schedule meetings and interviews, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct internet research and utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Collaborate effectively with staff at all levels and handle competing priorities with a hands-on approach.
- Adapt to diverse tasks, taking initiative to "roll up sleeves" as needed.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in administrative or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Past experience in HR departments or scheduling is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with individuals at varying organizational levels.
