We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator with excellent customer service and data entry skills for our installation department in Lake Worth!
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Schedule installation and service appointments with homeowners based on crew and customer availability. Scheduling should also be based on the installation crew's skill set.
- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction by communicating with crew and customers—before, during, and after installation to ensure complete customer satisfaction and a five-star review!
- Continual update of job progress and customer communication into CRM.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma
- Basic experience in construction, windows and/or doors is preferred
- Highest level of customer service with enthusiasm and professional attitude.
- Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Must be detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and expert data entry skills; experience with Salesforce is helpful.
