You'll be:Managing and executing Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs) through the full approval and implementation process, leveraging PLM tools (Windchill preferred) to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to schedules, and compliance with company standards.Tracking and reporting change management performance by monitoring approval progress, stakeholder feedback, and implementation efficiency; providing timely recommendations to improve accuracy, productivity, and overall operational success.Maintaining expertise in PLM systems, change protocols, and best practices, applying technical knowledge to ensure compliance with engineering data standards and continuous improvement in change management processes.Ensuring accuracy and compliance of engineering data and documentation, delivering flawless execution of lifecycle updates and change deliverables that align with company standards and stakeholder expectations.Collaborating with supervisors and cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to develop detailed change schedules, timelines, and resource tracking, while actively participating in weekly meetings to share updates on progress and results.Promoting a safe, organized, and professional work environment by following company policies, maintaining proper documentation, adhering to PPE requirements during factory visits, and modeling ethical behavior in all change-related activities.Supporting workforce development and continuous improvement by guiding less experienced team members on change processes, attending company-sponsored training sessions, and participating in quality, safety, waste reduction, and lean initiatives.This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:Previous Change Coordinator experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.Strong project management and change management experience.Hands-on experience with PLM systems; Windchill highly preferred.Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What happens next?
