- Attending meetings with clients and vendors.
- Experience in Project Management tools and project tracking tools.
- Experience coordinating projects for Data and Technology buildouts.
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the management of IT projects for internal projects, from start to finish in accordance with industry best practices.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Organize and participate in meetings with management to determine the priority of opportunities
- Report and escalate to management as needed
The right candidate with have:
- Proficiency in the standard MS Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
