Created in July 2021 as a result of combination of Kuecker Logistics Group, PULSE Integration and QC Software by private equity firm Ares Management, Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI) is a systems integrator that seeks out leading technologies within the areas of material handling equipment and information systems and combines them with proven design and operational strategies to help improve our customers’ operations. Our talented group of industry experts combine the powers of scalable material handling systems, innovative software and custom automation engineering for complete, unique solutions that help companies, across a broad spectrum of industry segments, become leaders in their industries. We are equipment agnostic, and our solutions incorporate leading technologies such as mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), automated guided vehicles (AGV), goods-to-person technology, sortation, and conveyor. KPI currently has approximately 300 FTEs and $250m revenue with growth expected to double in size (at a minimum) through organic and acquisitive activities.
A Project Coordinator is responsible for handling an array of internal and external customer support responsibilities. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over the phone, via email and via Team’s meetings. Throughout all of these interactions Project Coordinators must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible.
Our growing PMO team is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Project Coordinator. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
This is a development role for future Project Manager.
Essential Job Accountabilities
- Provides Project Management and Sales support for processing customer orders, creating POs to vendors, invoicing customers, and overall Project Coordination with a high degree of accuracy.
- Project manages small customer projects to include ordering materials, issuing PO’s, coordinating and providing daily updates to customers on progress. Utilize Project Management tools such as project schedules, issue logs, contacts lists and meeting notes templates.
- Lead project status meetings with customers and Sales. Capture action items and follow through to completion.
- Creates PO’s, Change Orders, Spare Parts Quotes, etc. in support of Project Managers and Sales.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with sales, customers, and vendors and works to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Associate degree/bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business-related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
- Smartsheet, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, SharePoint experience desirable.
- Experience with budget forecasting/maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Position is based in Pittston, PA
- Hybrid position. Some travel (up to 25%) required as necessary.
