Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the work activities performed by managed contractors or subcontractors. Ensures work is performed in accordance with D&Z and client policies, procedures and expectations, and meets client standards. Ensures a valid contract exists and personnel are qualified to perform the task and assists in arranging any required training. Ensures that pre‑ and post‑job briefings are conducted and makes contractor aware of error and cost‑reduction techniques. In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $91,000 – $206,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; final offer may vary based on experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
