SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Project Coordinator for heavylift and transport projects Working at Rosharon, TX As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with planning and scheduling activities, tracking project progress, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication between field teams, project managers, and stakeholders. You help ensure documentation is accurate, resources are available when needed, and potential issues are addressed proactively. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every project brings new challenges. It offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact projects safely and efficiently while supporting a team committed to excellence. Travel Requirement: 70% WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Coordinating schedules and logistics to ensure equipment, personnel, and materials are available when needed. Tracking project progress and documentation, including timelines, reports, and compliance records. Supporting communication between project managers, field teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitoring budgets and administrative tasks, such as purchase orders, invoicing support, and cost tracking. Identifying and escalating potential issues to help keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Degree or an associate degree in a technical or logistics-related field and at least 3 years of work experience. Demonstrated affinity for technical work. Flexible and willing to travel to project locations. Eager to learn, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
