Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of intake for new IT project requests, ensuring clear and thorough assessment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the IT project backlog to enhance readiness and quality of upcoming initiatives.
• Address ambiguous project requests by working with requestors to clarify goals and develop actionable plans.
• Facilitate project management workflows using tools such as ClickUp to maintain efficiency and transparency.
• Provide recommendations to IT leadership regarding project feasibility, resource allocation, and prioritization.
• Build and nurture relationships across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by engaging stakeholders and asking insightful questions.
• Support minor change management efforts and resolve conflicts arising from competing priorities or evolving project goals.• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT project coordination, project management, or a related role.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycles and the ability to scope technical initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build trust across teams.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting vague project inputs and driving clarity.
• Experience working with IT leadership or cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of change management principles or experience is an advantage, though certification is not required.
