Project Coordinator Apply
*Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.*Coordination can range from admin duties of maintaining project documentation, plans and reports.*Prepare project organization and communication charts.*Issue contracts, Change Orders, Lien Waivers, Purchase Orders, etc...*Monitors record keeping and file maintenance for the project.*Invoicing projects, AIA billing and release of subcontractor invoices.*2-5 years of clerical experience.*Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.*Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.*Strong ability to multi-task and organizational skills, along with problem solving skills.*Ability to work with a wide range of people.*Pay Rate will depend on experience ($19-$20 starting pay) with a evaluation at 90 days to receive increase depending on outcome of eval.*Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits *Holiday & Vacation Pay*Full-Time position Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
