The manager is looking for a Senior resource with at least 5 to 8 years of experience.
Lead the execution of the Workday Talent Acquisition project, ensuring timely delivery of a minimum viable product by the end of March 2025
Serve as a Project Execution specialist alongside the HR team and IT team
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders
Implement an agile, iterative approach to project management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements
Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, system enhancements, and process improvements
Conduct regular on-site visits (few days a month) to work closely with the PSU team and ensure alignment and progress
Address and resolve any project-related issues, maintaining a focus on project goals and timelines
Experience with deploying Workday recruiting module, 5-10 deployments
Project management/cross functional team experience
Workday certificate highly preferred
Scrum knowledge/experience
5-8 yrs of Workday experience
