Job Title: Project Coordinator - Wind Turbine Construction

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (with up to 25% travel)

Position Overview:

An experienced Project Coordinator is needed to support a lead Project Manager in executing Wind Turbine construction projects and various technical/engineering initiatives. This is an office-based role with occasional travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of wind turbine construction and technical projects.
• Maintain and update project schedules using Smartsheet and other project management tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure material availability and project progress align with timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular status meetings with internal stakeholders to report on project progress.
• Organize and facilitate pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.
• Travel to project sites for task oversight and participate in on-site inspections.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field, or equivalent construction experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of project coordination experience in the construction or renewables industry.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Experience with project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Proficiency in PM scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Technical background with knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and field construction techniques.
