Most importantly, you will contribute to high-impact projects that shape communities and create a real legacy.Your Role, Your ImpactLead the assigned Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) to bring residential units to Full Acceptance (FA) statusAssist the Project Management Assistant Manager/Project Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the documentary close-out of the project.As frequently required, prepare the necessary report with regard to the status of residential unitsReports to: Project Management Senior Manager/Project Management ManagerCoordinate with the engaged External Construction Management and contractor representative/s (in the absence of the Project Management Manager) & other project staffDuties and ResponsibilitiesTimely turn-over of residential units to BTG with a target average of four (4) FA units per work dayAssist the Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the documentary close-out of the project, including review, consolidation, and submission of close-out documents to GPMC and Head OfficeAssist the Assistant/ Project Management Manager/Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the conduct of project site walk-through and site inspectionProvide assistance to the Assistant Project Management Manager/Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the health and safety objectives, targets and programs, promotion of the accident-free workplace and compliance monitoring to applicable statutory and legal laws and requirementsProvide assistance to the Assistant Project Management Manager/Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the environmental protection objectives, targets and programs, promotion of the environment-friendly workplace and compliance monitoring to applicable statutory and legal laws and requirementsProvide actions on turn-over to BTG & CRM issues raised by the SAP/CRM coordinatorsPerform other duties that may be assigned from time to timeWho We’re Looking ForCandidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field from a reputable institution and have a valid PRC license or its equivalentPreferably with at least 3 years of work experience in the construction management of vertical and horizontal types of developmentStrong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skillsProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellenceGood leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demandsIntermediate level of proficiency with MS project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePointFlexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesMust be able to learn, understand and apply new technologiesProven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needsIf you believe homes should inspire a life worth living—not just a place to be, then you’re one of the Good Guys we’re looking for.
