WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical is preferable) with at least five(5) years of experience in Project Engineering within the Pharmaceutical industry. Bilingual (English & Spanish). Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. Experience in: Background in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred). Experience as a Project Engineer in capital projects. Experience managing projects within manufacturing environments, including filling and packaging lines. Are you ready to Be The Piece? AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Provide technical interpretation of design documents. Execute work by quality standards and site requirements. Perform assignments independently with minimal guidance as to the general results expected, often dealing with unusual or complex problems. Provide direction and regular contact to consultants, vendors, and contractors assigned to the project. Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all parties. Keep site management informed of all circumstances that could affect projects. Prepare weekly project reports detailing project progress. Review and compare discipline drawings for inconsistencies, omitted information conflicts, etc. Interface between craft and engineering to resolve drawing issues. Interact with disciplines: subcontracts, material management, project controls, and automation tools. Coordinate system completion and turnover, requisition project materials, equipment, and services prepare quality control forms, and coordinate inspections.
