Assists the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager with the daily execution of the project. Responsible for maintaining the project's construction controls and schedule as assigned by the Project Manager for buyout, submittals, plans, and information tracking.Responsibilities include:Analyzing and resolving field construction issues.Prepare, review and distribute RFls. Maintain RFI Log.Maintain job files and as-builts.Develop and maintain schedule with Superintendent input.Maintain thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts.Prepare meeting minutes for all job meetings.Packet and collecting Subcontractor Daily Job Reports.Inspect/verify material deliveries.Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties required for final acceptance.Maintain punch list with Superintendent.Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained.Other duties assigned.QUALIFICATIONSB.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position. Entry-level graduate up to 2 years of experience preferred.Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.Time management and organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Procore and other Construction Management software.Exhibits commitment to quality.Positive Attitude.Demonstrates proficiency using company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook), PC and iPad.TOTAL COMPENSATIONThis position will be located in West Texas/Permian Basin area.
