Must have outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.ResponsibilitiesMonitors work and adheres to deadlinesAssist with monthly pay applications for projectsAssist with Document Control including Submittals, RFI’s, current drawings, and as built drawings.Positive interface with our clientsProactive and prompt approach to issue resolutionContributes to project planning and scheduling process with SuperintendentManage materials (track releases, material on site, approve supplier invoices).Experience with Software:Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Primavera P6 (Preferred)Bluebeam (Preferred)Planswift (Preferred)Other RequirementsMust have 3 years of civil construction experienceMust meet expectations for attendanceMust have a valid driver’s license and be insurableMust have reliable transportationMust be willing to travel from time to timeWork EnvironmentPrimarily an office position with trips to project sites as needed.Company offers 401k, health insurance, and other benefits.The primary work area is Volusia and Flagler County.
