We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Project Engineer to join our growing team. As a Construction Project Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the engineering aspects of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your efforts will be vital in coordinating schedules, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and helping to resolve any technical issues that arise on site. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with Engineers, contractors, superintendents, and suppliers to ensure the proper implementation of project plans. Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Perform regular site inspections to assess project progress and identify any issues. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and safety documentation. Review and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to construction crews and subcontractors. Assist in resolving technical issues or changes in design during construction. Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project. Manage project documentation and track project milestones. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in construction project engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles. Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
