ResponsibilitiesAssist with preconstruction budgeting & estimatingHelp initiate project systems, develop scopes of work and bid packages, and support subcontractor and supplier engagementSupport project management by proactively managing budgets, tracking expenses, processing billings, and identifying scope gaps to keep projects on time and within budget.Understand contract documents & scopes of work for each tradeFormalize & maintain project schedules based on PM’s baselineAssist in procurement of permits, materials, etc. to accommodate schedule.Process submittals & RFIsOwn the submittal process, manage documentation, conduct quality checks, track changes, and facilitate smooth project close-out.Utilize project management softwareAttend project meetings and engage with Owner’s and Designers to fulfill contract obligationsFoster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while representing our values and exceeding expectations.QualificationsMinimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction in either the office or field.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
