$60,000–$115,000 | Full-Time, Onsite | Career Growth Opportunity

Project Engineer or Project Manager role offers an incredible opportunity to join a highly respected asphalt paving contractor with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. You’ll be working across two Olympic Peninsula locations—Port Ludlow and Port Angeles—on meaningful projects that serve public and private clients alike.

Whether you're early in your career and ready to learn, or already experienced in project management, this full-time onsite role gives you mentorship, responsibility, and a long-term future in construction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support or lead project estimating, bidding, and planning
  • Coordinate with superintendents, crews, and subcontractors
  • Manage project timelines, costs, and safety
  • Build strong relationships with local agencies and clients

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–5+ years in paving, heavy civil, or related construction
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Local availability and interest in field-based work
