Project Estimator & Coordinator - Infrastructure Services Apply
Location Hallam, PA Department: Infrastructure Services Reports To: Infrastructure Manager Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and project scope. Prepareaccurateand detailed project estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines. Communicate estimates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders. Assistin developing proposals and supporting documentation for sales opportunities. Maintain pricing models and ensure estimates align with company standards and profitability goals. Act as a liaison between sales, technical teams, and customers during the pre-sales process. Project Coordination (Secondary) Coordinate and manage day-to-day service tickets from initiation to completion. Track progress of service tickets, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met. Support the Project Manager with documentation, reporting, and communication for ongoing projects. Collaborate with the Dispatcher to ensure parts and resources are available for scheduled work. Maintainaccuraterecords of service activities, updates, and resolutions in the ticketing system. Assistin process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and team efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project estimation, coordination, or related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions. Proficiencywith estimation and project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, MS Project, or similar). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with IT infrastructure services. Preferred Skills Experience in a technical services or field service environment. Basic understanding of infrastructure components (e.g., networking, servers, cabling). Knowledge of scheduling and dispatching best practices.
