Padula Builders Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Estimator to join our team.

What you'll do:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects from concept through construction

Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure transparency and accuracy in all estimates

Help refine and develop internal systems and workflows for efficiency and scalability

Identify and track cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Assist in maintaining relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors

What we're looking for:

2+ years of experience in estimating OR 5+ years of high-end residential construction OR degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

Strong understanding of residential building systems, material, and labor costs

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with estimating software and tools

?A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
