Project Estimator Project Manager Apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine the scope of work, takeoff of quantities and creating estimates
- Bid preparation and job startup
- Process bid documents from agencies/owners for the department to ensure accurate job submissions
- Obtain and process shop drawings and submittals
- Contract review and crafting relevant RFI's
- Create job folders for the field crews
- Assist with procurement of job materials and ensure timely delivery
- Assist with creation of job schedules/bid calendars
- Communicate directly with vendors, subcontractors, engineers and project managers
- Perform a variety of office functions to ensure the daily operations of the department run efficiently
