Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in South El Monte, CA, for a Project Estimator position at Golden Steel. The Project Estimator will be responsible for: Preparing and presenting cost estimates & take-offs to clients and developing proposals. Handling miscellaneous metals as part of the estimating process. Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. Participating in post-bid discussions to finalize bid prices and project scopes. Attending job walks to gather necessary information for project estimates. Qualifications Experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation Experience with estimation software and other relevant tools Strongly organized and detail-oriented Must have an understanding of construction processes and materials, with prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
