Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to develop precise cost estimates.
• Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure comprehensive project understanding.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope, risks, and additional information.
• Prepare detailed material, labor, and equipment take-offs and quantity surveys.
• Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop cost breakdowns and pricing proposals aligned with client specifications.
• Attend bid meetings to present and negotiate cost estimates effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record as a Project Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Competency with estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
