Overview I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Executive to lead and oversee complex construction projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities and a track record of delivering successful projects within the commercial or industrial construction sectors. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight & Execution: Drive project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, safety standards, and quality expectations. Utilize tools like Procore for effective project tracking and management. Contract & Change Management: Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and manage change orders effectively in collaboration with project management and legal teams. IT & Technical Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams to align technological infrastructure with project requirements, ensuring seamless integration and operational continuity. Staffing & Organizational Development: Work with HR to align staffing plans with project needs, promote talent development, and mentor project teams to enhance leadership and accountability. Cross-Functional & Executive Coordination: Act as a liaison between project teams and internal departments to ensure alignment and facilitate decision‑making processes. Risk Management & Reporting: Proactively manage project risks, ensuring timely documentation and communication of project metrics and risk status to executive leadership. Qualifications Advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP or CCM are preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction is required. Expertise in project management and scheduling tools, including Primavera P6, is essential. Strong understanding of construction contracts and negotiation practices. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams with excellent communication and strategic planning skills. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package available.
