Project Executive Apply
NEO International are currently partnered with a Multidisciplinary Civil Contractor with a national presence to identify a Project Executive for their San Antonio or Austin office.
The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing multiple Heavy Civil projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all phases of heavy civil projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success and foster long-term partnerships.
- Lead project teams effectively, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers, engineers, and other staff members.
- Establish project objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, scheduling software, cost estimating, and financial analysis.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams, driving results, and resolving conflicts effectively.
