The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare construction industry, demonstrated business development skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Build relationships and leverage contacts to secure new business in the healthcare sectorIdentify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, providing regular updates on project status and performance.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and best practices in project management.Mentor and develop project management staff, enhancing their skills and capabilities.Qualifications:Minimum 15 years relevant construction experienceMinimum 10 years healthcare construction experience (HCAI/OSHPD Experience) Expertise in the full scope of a project from preconstruction planning to project competitionDemonstrated success in generating new business and earning repeat businessDemonstrated ability to grow and lead a team Familiarity with Northern California’s healthcare construction ecosystem, including local players, client networks, subcontractors, and regulations
