This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale electrical construction projects—driving success from project award through closeout. What You’ll Do Lead Projects from the Start: Set project scope, objectives, and deliverables while building high-performing teams. Drive Execution: Oversee procurement, installation, commissioning, and closeout of large-scale electrical systems. Stay in Control: Manage schedules, budgets, and scope changes with precision, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results. Engage Clients & Partners: Build trust, foster strong relationships, and deliver clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Inspire & Mentor: Lead, coach, and develop project managers, assistant project managers, and field staff while modeling EEC’s cultural fundamentals. Protect Quality & Safety: Uphold compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards while conducting quality inspections and audits. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading large-scale electrical construction projects at the executive or senior project management level. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
