Project Finance Lead (Sr Manager - Director) Location: Boston or Houston Industry: Energy Infrastructure | Renewable & Low-Carbon About the Role We're partnering with a leading energy infrastructure developer and owner to hire a Senior Manager, Capital Markets and Investments . This is a senior-level role focused on complex deal structuring, capital raising, and financial strategy for large-scale renewable and thermal projects. The position offers exposure to high-value transactions , strategic partnerships , and leadership opportunities within a growing organization. What You'll Do Lead financing transactions for utility-scale projects, including debt, tax equity, and common equity Structure and negotiate term sheets , oversee legal documentation, and manage closing processes Own and optimize financial models for project finance; run sensitivity analyses and scenario planning Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, tax equity investors, and strategic partners Mentor and manage analysts , ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial modeling and deal execution Collaborate cross-functionally with development, engineering, legal, and asset management teams Conduct financial due diligence across EPC, O&M, interconnection, real estate, permitting, and insurance What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred 8-10 years in investment banking, structured finance, or project finance Expertise in debt/equity financing models , tax equity structures, and PPA/hedge modeling Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (complex formulas, macros) Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Knowledge of ISO/RTO energy markets preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
