Engagement Description:
- Responsible for design and execution of member and provider facing initiatives in support of the CMS Star Ratings program.
- Position may include activities such as working with vendors and developing programs and summarizing performance data to determine results.
- Excellent communication skills, project management, strong attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously is required.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:
- Working knowledge of HEDIS and Medicare Stars.
- Strong organizational skills, documentation skills, and attention to detail to develop and maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation of all project activities, issues, lessons learned, and performance reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong project management leadership, facilitation, negotiation, team coaching, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet necessary deadlines.

- Ability to effectively present budgetary and/or cost information, and respond to questions as appropriate.
- Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
Education/Certifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required.
- Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
