Job Summary :

- Optimize tire building processes to drive operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
- Integrate automation and enhance IT infrastructure to reduce cycle times and improve yield rates.
- Ensure all projects comply with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards and align with company innovation and sustainability goals.
- Mitigate operational risks in high-speed manufacturing, including heavy machinery, raw materials, and just-in-time supply chains.
- Deliver measurable efficiency gains of 10 15% and improve alignment between safety, production, engineering, and quality teams.
- Lead project initiation by conducting stakeholder workshops to define project scope and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using MS Project, including work breakdown structures.
- Oversee execution of 3 5 concurrent projects involving automation, predictive maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and coordinate vendor activities to ensure continuous 24/7 production.
- Track project KPIs using Jira and Power BI dashboards, targeting operational effectiveness and efficiency.
