Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. Role This is a Full‑Time On‑Site position. The successful candidate will perform work daily at the client site location on Wright‑Patterson AFB, OH. HII Mission Technologies has an immediate opportunity for an Acquisition Program Manager supporting the Fighters and Advanced Aircraft and Bombers Directorates at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The Acquisition Program Manager will provide a full range of program management support to Fighters and Advanced Aircraft and/or Bombers Directorate program management offices, in accordance with DoDD 5000.01, Defense Acquisition System, DoDI 5000.02, Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and AFI 63‑101/20‑101, Integrated Life Cycle Management guidance and will serve as an adviser to government personnel. Duties will include planning, executing, and controlling acquisition programs through all phases of the acquisition life‑cycle. The ideal candidate for this position is self‑motivated, possesses broad U.S. Air Force acquisition experience, is comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced, collaborative work environment, and can identify and prioritize necessary tasks/activities to ensure program and organizational success. Project Management Analyst Salary Targets Project Management Analyst 3 – Salary min $77,914; Target salary $111,306 Project Management Analyst 4 – Salary min $98,717; Target salary $141,024 Project Management Analyst 5 – Salary min $124,397; Target salary $177,710 Essential Job Responsibilities Assist in the development of: Documentation of acquisition strategies Program documentation as identified in DoDI 5000.02, Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and AFI 63‑101/20‑101, Integrated Life Cycle Management Statements of Work or Performance Work Statements and other Request for Proposal documents Support: Technical evaluation of program proposals Identification, analysis, mitigation development, and monitoring of program risks, issues, and opportunities Development and analysis of program Integrated Master Schedules Analysis of program cost performance (Earned Value Management) and implementation of corrective actions Minimum Qualifications Project Management Analyst 3 – 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. Project Management Analyst 4 – 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience. Project Management Analyst 5 – 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience. SECRET clearance For the relevant experience, a minimum of four (4) years must be supporting Air Force Acquisition Programs Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of DoD and Air Force program management policies and procedures on an ACAT III or higher modification program on a major weapon system Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Requirements TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance Knowledge of: Avionics in support of avionics subsystem definition, development, integration, and testing.
