Position Summary The Project Management Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the project management team to ensure the successful execution of packaging equipment projects. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, proactive risk management, and maintaining high‑quality standards. If you're organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, this position offers excellent opportunities for career development. Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers to define objectives, deliverables, and scope. Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Communicate with customers and stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure satisfaction. Monitor and report project progress against key performance metrics. Identify and escalate risks or issues to senior project managers. Support engineering teams in the design, installation, and testing phases of packaging equipment. Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with project closeout procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field. 0–1 years of experience in a project management-related role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and accuracy. Other Details Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required). Travel: Occasional travel may be necessary.
