The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, installing and managing our databases. You will ensure optimal database performance by analyzing database issues and monitoring database performance.Scope Of WorkAnalyze business and system requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.Actively participate in system integration projects, including business flow analysis, data processing, and data transformation.Perform raw data analysis and support the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders) at both the local and regional levels.Support all stages of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Conduct system impact analysis and troubleshoot system issues that arise during development and post-implementation.Compile and maintain system technical documentation in English (BRD, FSD, SRS, etc.).Ensure system development complies with security standards and regulations applicable in the financial/banking industry.Requirement Minimum 5 years of experience as Business/System Analyst, preferably in system integration projects and regulatory reporting related projectExperience in software development project in Banking industry is preferableProven experience working with ETL process, raw data analysis, business flow integration and data transformation toolsStrong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologiesFamiliarity with security and regulatory standard of system development for financial industryStrong communication and coordination abilities.Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
