As a Project Management Officer, support end-to-end product development projects — from initial product design, sampling, technical development, until production readiness.Key Responsibilities :-Manage and monitor project timelines from product design through development completion.-Track development milestones: design approval, sampling stages, material readiness, costing, and pre-production.-Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards.-Communicate and follow up directly with factories regarding sampling progress, technical adjustments, material readiness, and development timelines.-Identify risks, delays, or quality issues and escalate proactively-Ensure projects meet timeline, cost, and quality targetsRequirements :-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economy, Product Design, or related field.-Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Officer / Project Manager / Project Management Officer.-Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.-Hands-on experience using project/task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , ClickUp, Jira, or similar).-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.-Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.-Strong project planning, timeline control, and stakeholder coordination skills.-Good communication and presentation skill.What We’re Looking For-Structured and analytical mindset-Strong ownership and accountability-Confident in communicating with both internal teams and external factories-Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously-Proactive problem solver-Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
