About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to plan and track the delivery of projects. This role will ensure structured, phased execution across product definition, design, and technical implementation.The PMO will work closely alongside the Product Analyst (PA) and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in scope, timelines, dependencies, and execution. Experience or exposure to trading or fintech platforms is a strong advantage, especially for understanding user journeys and data-driven features.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end project plan across product discovery, design, and delivery phases.Translate product roadmaps into clear timelines, milestones, and phased execution plans.Work alongside the Product Analyst to ensure requirements, user flows, and feature definitions are complete and delivery ready.Support the creation, review, and validation of user flows.Coordinate with product, UI/UX, content and technical teams to align scope, priorities, and execution.Track progress against timelines and ensure delivery aligns with team capacity and priorities.Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies, risks, and blockers, including those related to APIs, integrations, or third-party systems.Ensure effective scope control and change management throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, and delivery checkpoints.Ensure all deliverables (requirements, flows, designs) are reviewed and approved before development handoff.Skills & Experience3 - 4 years of experience as a PMO or Project Manager.Experience working closely with Product Analysts, Product Owners, or Business Analysts.Exposure to user flow creation, journey mapping, or functional flow documentation (supporting role).Strong capability in managing phased deliveries and complex dependencies.Familiarity with API-driven systems and third-party integrations.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp/Trello, Figma (for flow reviews), and Google Workspace.Good communication in English.
