New PMO Opportunity – Utrecht & AmsterdamWe’re looking for an experienced Project Management Officer to support two key workstreams within a major organisation in the education/IT sector. Start: 30 March 2026⏳ Hours: 32 per week Location: Hybrid (Utrecht & Amsterdam) Interviews: 19, 20 or 24 March Duration: Until 31 Dec 2026 (extension possible)You’ll support:1️⃣ Service Agreement (DVO) Workstream – coordinating, structuring and updating service agreements across multiple internal services.2️⃣ Internal IT Improvement Programme – supporting governance, process maturity, risk management, service management and CMDB initiatives.We’re looking for: Proven PMO experience Strong skills in planning, documentation & stakeholder coordination Experience with agreements/contracts (DVOs is a plus) Familiarity with IT improvement programmes Strong communication skills in English Dutch speaking is a plus
