Title: Project Management / PMO Specialist
Location: Fridley, MN

Job Description:

1. As a Project Management Specialist, you will drive technical execution across multiple engineering teams. You will coordinate the design, integration, and validation of new platform technologies-specifically automation, machine vision, and computer vision systems-ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through implementation.
2. Represent the Platform Development Portfolio as the primary PMO representative on project teams.
3. Build comprehensive cross-functional project schedules and understand the overall dependency and environmental factors
4. Lead core PM activities: planning, tracking, risk management, and formal communications.
5. Implement best-practice tools and techniques in partnership with the Business Process PMO Senior Manager.
6. Monitor performance and provide regular status updates to key sponsors and stakeholders.
7. Manage changing priorities through effective schedule management and change-agent leadership.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to drive organizational maturity.
